Sri Divya started her career at the age of three and has acted as a child artist in nearly ten Telugu films. She has also acted in Telugu television serials.

She made her debut as a heroine in the 2010 Telugu romance film Manasara, directed by Ravi Babu, but the film was a failure. Then she featured in the film Bus Stop (2012) directed by Maruthi, co-starring Prince, which was successful at the box office. It was followed by Mallela Theeram Lo Sirimalle Puvvu in which she played a lonely wife who falls in love with a writer.About her performance, The Hindu wrote, "she looks very charming; the cotton saris bring out the grace in her". Idlebrain.com wrote, "Sri Divya epitomizes the character of an idealistic and independent woman. She did well and deserves applause". Postnoon wrote, "Sri Divya is a wonderful actress and she suits the role of Lakshmi".

Her Tamil debut was Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam opposite Siva Karthikeyan, which was directed by Ponram. Sri Divya received very positive reviews from critics for her performance.Baradwaj Rangan wrote, "the actress is good. She knows the language, knows how to work a reaction shot, and she looks like she belongs in this milieu. It will be interesting to see what Tamil cinema makes of her".The Times of India wrote, "But the real surprise is debutant Sri Divya, who, is expressive, and can lip-sync very well, which isn't the case with most of our heroines today". The New Indian Express wrote, "As Latha, debutant Sridivya emotes well, infusing the character with innocence, charm and naughtiness".

Her upcoming films are Kaatu Malli, which was her first Tamil film, and Nagarpuram. She has also been signed up for the films Pencil, Suseenthiran's next titled Veera Dheera Sooran  and Eetti

Elegance has a new name now!
In an Alice + Olivia maxi dress, Deepika looks like a toned down version of a Roman queen. The orange earring stands out.

 A candy pink flared dress never looked better. Katrina looks gorgeous in the number and shows off her well-toned legs in style. We are not too fond of those gladiator sandals.

Sonam gave us a stunning appearance in a heavily embroidered Abu-Sandeep anarkali. She went for a messy bun and kept the look simple.

With so much happening in the nine-yards Anushka has on, we thought it was a Manish Arora creation. It was a refreshing change to witness a vibrant Abu-Sandeep number after long. Anushka looks gorgeous and lets her saree do all the talking.

The ultra feminine Bibhu Mohapatra gown, statement belt and pointed metallic pumps floored us completely! We love the way PC looks! The hair could have been done in an exciting way, though.

DP looks classy and vintage in this Dolce & Gabbana lace top. She paired it with high-waist tube pants. The flat jacquard pumps were a misfit here. The updo and matte makeup, we like.

Bipasha kills it in a short Marks & Spencer number. The messy hairdo and coral lips stole the show. The pearl neckpiece could have been avoided, miss!

The Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna sequin gown is a little too ill-fitted for our liking and also the hemline is difficult to comprehend. But the 'Rockstar' hottie let her pink pout do all the talking!

If there's anyone who's topping the fashion charts with stunning appearances, it is Jacqueline. Jacky stood out in a Pankaj & Nidhi number accesorised with a statement necklace and bracelet from the Manish Arora for Amprapali collection and hounds tooth pumps.

Priyanka Chopra is a stunner in the sheer Mikhael Kale number. We love the hot pink pout and side braids. The neon Gio Diev sandals stole our hearts and we totally envy the Rauwolf clutch. Good pick, that!

Kangana's Christian Dior number fails to excite us! The dress is a bit too flirty for a promotional event. We like the hairdo and light makeup.

 

We can safely say Deepika is one of the best fashionistas we have in the industry.
Sheath dress + Quirk Box jacket + statement necklace by Mehak Gupta + metallic gold pointed pumps = Awesomeness! We love, love, love the look.

 

We wish Shilpa chose something more funky than a safe Dolce & Gabbana tube dress. The Bvlgari necklace is stunning but fails to complement the diva's appearance.

 

Although Jacqueline looks stunning in a neat updo, we are not too fond of this turtle neck Nikhil Thampi gown. The Hanuman print bronze bit is not cool and sticks out like a sore thumb.

 

Dolce & Gabbana's lace dresses are fast becoming a thing of past! Kareena looks red hot but should have stepped out of her element and done something crazy with her hair.

Vijay’s “Jilla” has been confirmed for a Pongal release, according to senior film journalist Sreedhar Pillai.

Earlier, it was reported that “Jilla” will be released in February 2014. Latest we hear is that Vijay and the film’s producer RB Chowdhary want the film to be released on Pongal as their past film “Thirupaachi”, which hit screens during the harvest festival, raked in good collections at the box office.

“Thirupaachi”, which revolves around a brother-sister bonding, turned out to be a massive hit in Vijay’s career. Considering the film’s success, the actor-producer duo is eyeing 2014 Pongal release for “Jilla”.
Confirming the news, Sreedhar tweeted, “#Jilla is confirmed 4 Pongal 2014. Vijay- RB Chowdhary r sentimental about Pongal date (Thirupaachi).”
This could mean that the Vijay-starrer will be heading for a big showdown with Ajith’s “Veeram”, which is also slated for a Pongal release. Interestingly, their films will clash after a span of seven years. The last time their films clashed was in 2007 when Vijay’s “Pokkiri” and Ajith’s “Alwar” were released.
Directed by debutant RT Nesan, “Jilla” has Kajal Aggarwal playing female lead and the other cast members include Mohanlal, Poornima Bhagyaraj and Mahat Raghavendra.

Mohanlal’s sudden health issues were a setback for the “Jilla” team. Professional to the core, he has cancelled his shoots for a new Malayalam film and has allotted the dates to complete his portions for “Jilla”. The film is touted to be an action entertainer with all the commercial elements one would expect in a Vijay film

Everything about a big celebrity is a feeling, and no need to bring up how big their launch moments are. It gets challenging when there is more than one big idol in a film, like how puzzled film director Nesan was originally, with ‘Jilla’.
But factors seem to have resolved down, as the film director has come up with exciting and remarkably personal launch moments for Vijay and Mohanlal in the film. Nesan contributes that the relationship distributed by the two can be similar to the one between Rajini and Mammootty in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Thalapathi’. Nesan guarantees that ‘Jilla’ is a thorough professional performer with no shade of state policies in it. Created by RB Chowdry, featuring Vijay, Kajal Aggarwal and Mohanlal in key tasks, apart from Soori, Brahmanandam and others in assisting throw, ‘Jilla’ is pacing quick to cover up the talkie sections by Oct, to fulfill with its scheduled launch on Pongal 2014.
